- Develop and maintain project budgets aligned with scope, schedule, and resource planning
- Monitor and report actual costs, commitments, and forecasts across projects
- Perform variance analysis and root cause investigations for cost deviations
- Prepare and deliver cost reports, dashboards, and cash flow projections
- Support cost estimating and financial planning activities
- Manage and track change control impacts on project costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, PMO, Construction, CQV, and Procurement
- Participate in project reviews, funding approvals, and governance processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards, CAPEX policies, and audit requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cost control, project controls, or cost engineering
- Experience supporting capital projects (CAPEX) within engineering or construction environments
- Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Primavera, or MS Project
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting
- Experience in GMP-regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical device) preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience working within PMO or portfolio-level environments
- Knowledge of project governance and stage-gate processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting audits and compliance activities
