- Understand complex processes and systems to re-define or re-engineer new features or products supported by new processes.
- Lead recurring meetings and provide guidance, support, and expertise to the team when needed to ensure proper implementation and sustainability.
- Ensure adequate and timely delivery of the product roadmap.
- Acts as a liaison with Application owners, IT, Operations and other support areas to ensure feasibility and proper implementation of new capabilities.
- Work with business unit Team, Marketing, Compliance and Risk for approval on features.
- Conduct analysis to determine the best path for solving business challenges, threats, limitations and opportunities for improvement using data analytics, as well as internal customer feedback.
- Evaluate project impacts and escalate issues and risks properly.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related fields required.
- Three (3) years of experience in Project Management or Technology Implementations required. Banking experience preferred.
- The minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish with a demonstrated ability to write communications clearly, concisely, and effectively required.
- Innovation and flexibility for meeting the demands of an ever-changing economic market required.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) required.
- Analytical, proactive problem solving, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask observing the defined quality standards.
- Project Management, Data Management skills and Digital Proficiency required. Jira, Visio knowledge preferred.
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
- Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.
