Adecco is hiring immediately for Call Center Enrollment Specialists at United Healthcare Group in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for answering phones, performing data entry, executing administrative duties, and applying basic math skills.

Requirements:
At least one year of customer service experience
Proficiency in English (English proficiency assessment will be required after application)
Ability to work 40 hours per week during standard business operating hours, Monday - Friday from 8am - 7pm.
It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime on weekends and holidays.
