We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves both warehouse duties and driving responsibilities, ensuring that products are delivered safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and customer service.*Duties*
- Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and commercial vehicles, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and order fulfillment.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving and working in the warehouse.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating box trucks, flatbeds, or other commercial vehicles is essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge for basic vehicle maintenance is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
