We serve leading organizations across various industries by providing expert system integration, ongoing support, and innovative solutions to optimize manufacturing and operational processes.Job SummaryWe are seeking an Automation Technician Support professional to support the continuous operation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of process equipment and computerized systems across Manufacturing and Utilities areas.This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in PLCs, HMI, DeltaV, FactoryTalk, SCADA, MES, troubleshooting, system upgrades, and technical support in regulated environments.Key Responsibilities
- Support continuous operation of process equipment and automation systems
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain PLCs, HMI, SCADA, DeltaV, DCS/BAS, MES, interfaces, and databases
- Perform software and hardware changes to computerized systems
- Support system upgrades, qualifications, and integration activities
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Engineering teams
- Support change controls, CAPAs, investigations, and audit readiness
- Assist with backup/restore, disaster recovery, and system procedures
- Provide end-user training and technical support
- Support automation standards, redesigns, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Keep systems aligned with cGMP and data integrity requirements
- PLC / HMI troubleshooting
- SCADA, DeltaV, FactoryTalk
- MES and computerized systems support
- System integration and networking
- Change controls and CAPA support
- GMP / Data Integrity environments
- Backup, restore, and disaster recovery procedures
- English (Preferred)
