As a Commissioning and Qualification Consultant, you will support an important operation in ensuring the efficient and effective commissioning and qualification of utilities and facilities systems. In addition to your primary responsibilities in commissioning and qualification, you will also be involved in preventive maintenance (PM) revisions and spare parts management. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in commissioning and qualification within utilities and facilities areas, coupled with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.Key Responsibilities:
The principal role of this position is to perform execution of activities, Revision of PM's and Spare parts.1. Execute commissioning and qualification activities for utilities and facilities systems according to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
2.Execute commissioning and qualification protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).
3. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential gaps or issues during commissioning and qualification activities, proposing and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure successful project execution.
5. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) revisions on utilities and facilities equipment, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and documentation requirements.
6. Manage spare parts inventory for utilities and facilities systems, optimizing stock levels and ensuring availability to minimize downtime.
7. Provide technical support and expertise to resolve any commissioning, qualification, or maintenance-related issues promptly.
8. Document all activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions, in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
9. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to commissioning, qualification, and maintenance activities.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of direct experience, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience in commissioning and qualification within utilities and facilities areas, within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or similar regulated industries.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to commissioning, qualification, and maintenance activities within pharmaceutical, regulated industries such as GMP among others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
