*Basic Functions:*Operation, maintenance and setup of heat seal production equipment. Examine, diagnose and correct operational problems related to heat seal equipment as part of the preventive and corrective maintenance activities of the department.*Task & Responsibilities:*1. Must install and integrated new machines and equipment. Must insure their proper operation in compliance with quality and manufacturing procedures.2. Repair and provide maintenance to equipment, machinery by the utilization of sophisticated testing equipment, and specialized manuals.3. Responsible for the compliance of EHS regulation on daily maintenance activities.4. Responsible production lines to maintain machines and manufacturing equipment working in excellent conditions.5. Perform preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment of machine under their responsibility according to Preventive Maintenance procedures. Document Preventive and Correctives Maintenance Work Orders.6. Must provide technical assistance to validation activities execution on new or existing machines.7. Prepare documentation of all changes performed on the equipment, including mechanical or electrical blue prints.8. Disassemble equipment or machinery, disconnect controls and remove defective parts so they may be repaired or substituted.9. Keep track of daily machine-related problems and document all repairs performed to production machinery or equipment.10. Identify and recommend enhancements for the equipment and spare parts.11. Adjust equipment's to maintain operation and maintain a highest OEE in the assigned machine.12. Report all downtime.13. Keep equipment assigned clean and in good appearance.14. Must be able to work in basic machine shop tasks.15. Support on special projects as assigned.16. Perform other duties as assigned.17. Regulatory compliance with our environment, energy, health, and safety policy18. Other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.*Education Required:*Associate Degree in Mechanics, Electronics, Tool & Die, Electrician with PLC or equivalent, Or bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology.Demonstrates effective problem solving and decision-making skills.*Experience:*Must Have 3 years or more of experience in the field is highly desirable., on: Radio Frequency Heat Sealing equipment, Extrusion and hydraulic system.*Certificates or Licenses Required*:Electrician, Refrigeration or Mechanic license.
