We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technologist (Microbiology) to support quality control operations in a GMP-regulated environment. The individual will perform microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and laboratory support activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures. Cultivate, isolate, and identify microorganisms.Perform microbial analysis of Purified Water and Potable Water.Conduct microbial limit tests for excipients, APIs, stability, and finished product samples.Prepare and qualify culture media according to standard procedures.Execute culture media growth promotion and sterility checks.Maintain laboratory areas and equipment in a clean and compliant state.Keep accurate and timely records of daily tests in logbooks and systems.Perform daily calibration checks of laboratory equipment using calibrated weights, buffers, and thermometers.Conduct periodic checks of autoclaves and incubators per procedures.Perform sampling and/or testing for the Environmental Monitoring Program (including product contact surfaces, swabs, ambient air, and compressed air) across microbiology labs, manufacturing, and packaging areas.Follow aseptic techniques and current procedures during all activities.Assist in training new technologists on laboratory tasks and practices.Perform method qualifications and validations as required. * Carry out other duties as assigned to support laboratory and quality operations.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Microbiology
2 to 4 years of direct experience in GMP Industry.
