Our client, a leading organization in the health industry, is hiring a *Business Systems & Capability Analyst* to support strategic planning and operational excellence within the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO).This is a hybrid role responsible for analyzing business processes, eliciting requirements, and administering enterprise software platforms that enable project execution, reporting, and business intelligence. The analyst will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.*Key Responsibilities include:*
  • Analyze current business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities
  • Configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise PMO software platforms
  • Design and manage automated workflows, approvals, and notifications
  • Administer user access, roles, and permissions following governance standards
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support decision-making
  • Perform data extraction, analysis, and visualization
  • Support capability assessments, roadmap development, and maturity tracking
  • Lead or support system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Provide training, onboarding, and documentation to ensure tool adoption
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams
This position is an *individual contributor role* with no direct people management responsibilities.*Requirements:*
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, software administration, or capability planning
  • Experience managing enterprise software platforms (Smartsheet preferred)
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Experience supporting capability planning, KPIs, and roadmap development
  • Ability to train and support end users
  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and project management tools (Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fully bilingual (English & Spanish – advanced)

  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
  • Exposure to AI or emerging technologies
