Shift: 9:00 AM 5:30 PMJob SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Calibration Technician to support our Juncos facility. This role is responsible for maintaining and managing calibration systems, ensuring all equipment meets regulatory standards such as FDA and ISO requirements. You will play a key role in supporting production, quality, and engineering teams.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and track calibration and test equipment inventory
Perform calibration of electrical, mechanical, and electronic instruments
Monitor and record gauge calibration and temperature measurements
Develop and maintain calibration schedules and documentation
Coordinate external calibration services (NIST traceable)
Troubleshoot equipment issues alongside maintenance teams
Support validation activities and engineering studies
Assist QA Engineers with special projects
Write and maintain calibration procedures
Provide technical support for new products and technology transfersTechnical Skills Requirements:
Must HaveAssociate Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics (Instrumentation Technician License preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish English)
Knowledge of ISO and FDA regulations
Strong mechanical and electromechanical skills
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in calibration maintenance within a medical device or pharmaceutical environmentNice to HaveBasic knowledge of Blue Mountain Regulatory Assessment Management (BMRam)
Basic SAP knowledge
Computer proficiency and ability to apply basic statistical techniques
