Its production process is a result of its skilled staff and state-of-the art technology that have positioned our company as one of the leading companies in Latin America and the Caribbean.Position SummaryProduction Maintenance Supervisor supervises staff that performs maintenance services and repairs complex electrical and mechanical production equipment. In addition, oversee all packaging operations in order to comply with efficient process by employee monitoring and organization workflows.Essential Functions

Responsible of preventive and corrective maintenance of packaging Equipment (Can, Bottle, & Keg Lines). Schedule repair, installation or maintenance activities.
Support the development of preventive and corrective programs for the electrical and mechanical maintenance of packaging equipment. (Depalletizers, Fillers, Conveyors, Pasteurizer, Labeller, Inspections systems, Packers, Pallletizers, etc).
Responsible of troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of new or existing instrumentation.
Interpret blueprints, specifications, or diagrams to perform installation, development or operation activities.
Knowledge of analogue and digital sensors, ASI, servo motors, VFD, inputs/outputs is required. Troubleshoot European electrical schematics (Siemens), mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and general industrial control equipment.
Knowledge on Electrical Diagrams is required.
Evaluate and analyze system requirements to determine changes or improvements.
Resolve production problems or equipment malfunctions.
Evaluate works of others to ensure effectiveness, technical approach, and compatibility in the resolution of complex engineering problem.
Responsible of support training activities of personnel under his charge. Train others in technical and operational procedures.
Advise others on ways to improve processes or products.
Organize and manage manufacturing workflows and resources. Directly supervise and coordinate work activities for mechanics, electricians, electric-mechanic and operators.
Perform troubleshooting to equipment to determine if they are operating properly.
Monitor equipment operation to ensure optimal performance.
Resolve issues and delays in production. Check production output according to specifications.
Ensure that manufacturing procedures follow quality, safety and environmental regulations.
Submit daily reports on performance and progress (maintenance and operational activities)
Management of organizational systems as Oracle, EAM, Kronos WFC, Zimbra, MS Office, etc.
Monitor operation areas or procedures to ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Qualification RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Experience: Experience in the operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment. Knowledge on basic PLC, controls, instrumentation, pneumatic systems, is required. A minimum of two (2) years of successful experience in the area of maintenance of process, filling and packaging systems and equipment is desirable.Language and Communications: Spanish and English. Require writing documents, reading, and speaking to groups of employees, and upper management in English and Spanish.Special Skills, Knowledge and Ability· Detail oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and management skills.· Problem solving, multi-tasking, and priority management.· Must be able to manage conflicts.· Packaging Operators and Technician are member of workers union.· Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Benefits Package
