- Meet with store management to provide feedback and findings after completing store survey/audit and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure correct product usage through a scientific process and achieve high-level outcomes in cleanliness and food safety control.
- Ensure proper deployment solutions at customer facilities.
- Provide product training for customers and guide them on correct usage, reasonable ordering, and inventory management.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with store customers and operational support partners, and immediately communicate any issues encountered during store service.
- Provide prompt and positive feedback on their requirements to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manage equipment installation in new stores and complete it on time; promptly and quickly complete emergent maintenance tasks.
- Achieve sales targets and customer service through personalized value delivery and sales strategies.
- Achieve broad customer satisfaction at all levels of store customers through timely and considerate communication.
- Plan and execute an efficient daily route to maximize effectiveness and productivity.Minimum Requirements:- Experience working with food audits/quality.
- Availability to travel to the Caribbean islands.
- Bilingual Spanish/English (Essential).
- Valid driver's license.
- Degree in Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Agronomy, or related fields.
- Availability for handling emergency calls as per client needs.Desirable Knowledge:- Use of tools such as wrench, screwdriver, hammer, drill, or willingness to learn - installation of dosing equipment and maintenance.
- PC and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Field sales experience (preferred).
- Professional experience in a food service, hospitality, or supermarket environment (preferred).
- Knowledge of food safety.
- Strong sense of service and cordiality.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Good oral and written communication (essential).
- Proactivity in problem-solving.
- Proven ability to deliver results and possess a strong competitive desire.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills. High degree of self-management.
- Desirable certification in a recognized food safety and hygiene program (e.g., ServSafe, Safe Mark).
