Major Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Provides administrative and document archiving support for project management and other program staff.
· In charge inbound and outbound phone calls. Scheduled appointment (inbound calls)
· Support by contacting the Case Managers, coordinating appointments and referring walk in. meeting scheduling
· Assist with training new Administrative staff, to properly support the documentation management, utilize the applicant file system on Canopy and perform office administration duties.
·Schedule appointments with Notary Attorney.
Requisitos:
Qualifications: · Two years' experience providing customer service or performing in a role that required extensive public contact.· Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited college or university-Bilingual (English & Spanish)-Strong computer skills required.
