- Monitor the execution of deepening strategies and initiatives to assess effectiveness and customer response.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for strategy optimization based on performance indicators and observed customer behavior.
- Conduct analyses to evaluate customer adoption of product features and identify usage patterns or gaps.
- Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders on a regular basis through clear reports and automated visual dashboard and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to ensure alignment and impact.
- Receive and structure customer segmentation data from the Customer Intelligence team to make it actionable for deepening strategy design.
- Identify and address data quality issues and discrepancies.
- Apply statistical and analytical techniques to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field required. Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Three (3) years of experience working with data analysis, business strategy, or customer intelligence required. Knowledge in data models, database design development, reporting and/or data mining required. Experience in the banking or any regulatory industry is highly desirable.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
- Data storyteller - Positively influence and support business decision through data interpretation and discovery.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and clients.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook), PowerBI and MS SQL, or other software applications to retrieve data, create spreadsheets, and reports.
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
- Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.
