- Coordinate the reception and transfer of merchandise to the warehouse, including coordination with external carriers.
- Plan and coordinate the daily delivery routes to final customers.
- Collaborate with the Operations Analyst to provide support during installations when required.
- Supervise the efficiency of delivery staff and optimize delivery routes.
- Ensure that shipping and delivery processes meet service quality and time standards.
- Manage purchasing of equipment, accessories, software, and supplies.
- Request quotations and negotiate prices with suppliers.
- Track purchase orders until final delivery.
- Maintain and update the supplier and pricing database.
- Manage and monitor inventory to ensure required stock levels are maintained.
- Process requisitions in a timely manner.
- Create and issue purchase orders.
- Organization and attention to detail.

- High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operation preferred.
