- Provide high-quality translation and interpretation services between English and Spanish for various departments and projects
- Assist in creating culturally relevant content tailored to diverse audiences in both languages
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues bilingually with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging across all communication channels
- Conduct language quality checks, proofread documents, and ensure linguistic precision in all materials
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on language nuances, industry terminology, and best practices
- Contribute to the development of bilingual resources that enhance internal workflows and external communications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent speaking, reading, and writing skills in each language
- Proven experience in translation, interpretation or bilingual customer support preferred
- Strong active listening skills combined with the ability to convey messages clearly and accurately
