- Handle telephone calls from customers and consumers.
- Schedule service to customers and consumers through computerized systems.
- Handle service requests or customer inquiries via emails and faxes.
- Maintain within company standard a high level of productivity.
- Answer to customers inquires politely.
- Control and channel customer need adequately.
- Database files updates (warranty registration, zip codes, customers and consumer’s master files).
- Execute save a call initiative and customer follow-ups.
- Support and backup ordering process for Parts Team Leader.
- 1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service or Call Center environment.
- Bilingual - English & Spanish
- Eager to work in a customer centric role
