- · Perform an initial review of data accuracy and loan documents to validate integrity. Request services to providers, follow up until completion.
- · Complete analysis of title search and legal recommendation, contact borrower, realtors or seller to request documents and provide status.
- · Analyze property taxes, determine if a consultation is required, if so, manage the request, complete documents and contact borrower and seller to discuss property taxes retention if apply.
- · Managed collateral issues such as encroachments. Analyze surveys and recommendations. Consult with Underwriter if apply. Managed required documents, contact borrowers or sellers and follow up to resolved until completion.
- · Monitor loans that are ready for closing, manage closing conditions, contact borrower and request the review to Underwriting withing the timeframe established.
- · Maintain the status updated in the system
- · Monitor service level agreements

- · Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
- · 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in Mortgage
- · 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in banking industry
- · 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in customer service or their equivalent experience
