- Engage with customers via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on inquiries, promote products or services, and generate new sales opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer support by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using data entry skills and Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Assist with cash handling and processing transactions accurately when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze customer feedback and improve service delivery continuously.
- Multilingual proficiency with strong bilingual skills in English and another language; additional language skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect effectively with clients.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks.
- Experience with outbound calling, customer support, and client services is preferred.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, analysis skills, and call center operations will enhance your success in this role.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
