- Digitalize, name, and upload documents, including invoices, credit memos, and filled forms, to their respective files.
- Recording and processing incoming customer payments (checks, electronic transfers, and/or credit card payments) in the company's databases.
- Review and generate customer statements of account.
- Review, reconcile, and gather the support documentation to claim short payments from retailers.
- Update and upkeep customers' contact information in databases.
- Associate's Degree or 2 yrs. equivalent work experience
- Excellent customer service skills
