- Creates brand strategy to accomplish Caribe retail goals, within USA brand strategy, and guided by Marketing Director.
- Executes with excellence marketing programs on-time, on-budget & on-equity, aiming for high return on investment, guided by Marketing Director
- Adapts existing global brand assets to achieve desired marketing objectives. Manages day to day assignments and agency partners to deliver required assets accordingly.
- Accountable for all consumer facing investments (Paid, Digital and Advocacy Media). Guides media planning agency to drive for efficiency and breakthrough in the assigned brands and markets.
- Provides Brand guidance for strong in-store presence to Education & Retail Excellence teammates to ensure Sales Consultants (BA's) are informed and educated on brand new products, promotions, activities and others.
- Creates integrated marketing calendars that showcase yearly brand plans and choices, organizing teamwork, driving visibility, communication and collaboration between sales, retail excellence and marketing.
- Owns new product and promotion Items forecasting process to enable volume allocations are included in the US Supply forecast. Collaborates with sales to complete, submit and verify product availability prior to launch.
- Accountable for Brand's budget tracking and utilization, to ensure spending is within established levels. Completes order to payment process for all marketing activity within brands assigned. Provides accurate reporting on a timely basis.
- Owns measurement and reporting of key performance indicators (KPI's) against goals, while working collaboratively with commercial team to define integrated action and/or gap closing plan.
- Prepares and delivers effective oral & written presentations to L'Oreal management, sales, retailers, distributors and/or agencies.
- Collaborates effectively across the Luxe Division with sales peers, including US brand partners.
- Complies with all company policies, procedures and training, including but not limited to employee manual, ethical standards, health, safety and security procedures.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years of experience in similar positions is required. Consumer packaged goods experience preferred.
- Language: Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)

- Ability to adapt advertising creative material.
- Knowledge of Brand building fundamentals
- Ability to establish a good relationship with internal / external partners, including local influencers.
- In-depth knowledge of products/category.
- Research and market data analysis.

- Familiar with financial planning and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Media planning knowledge.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Analyzer and business applications.
- Travel: This position may require traveling of 25%.
