Payments to vendors-ACH's, Wire transfers, and vendors platforms
Process monthly recurring payments: rent, car allowances, phone allowances
Follow-ups to PO, s received without invoices
Follow up POs with discrepancies with vendor invoices
Response to emails and calls from vendors
In charge of managing Autorepression account (Toll Charges for company vehicles)- Adding, removing, and method of payment setting
Review, process, reconciliation, and payments of credit cards statements
Review, process, reconciliation and payments of UPS (Freight Charges)
Review, process, reconciliation and payments of utilities invoices
Daily and monthly bank reconciliations
Process annual bonus payroll
In charge of payroll employees adding, removing, changes, discount for child support, employee's loans retentions, health plan changes recording, and others
In charge of personnel's physical files
Certification of employment for non-exempt employees
Quarterly Returns of Disability and Chauffeur's Insurance
Back up of processing weekly payrolls when needed (when the person who process payroll is absent)
Record and post payroll entriesQualifications and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience preferred
Proficient with MS Excel/Word/Outlook
