Assistant Shop Manager

• Scooter and Can-Am Maintenance: Keep our fleet in tip top shape and ready to roll. We need someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly - washing vehicles, checking tires, fueling up, and staying on top of the details. If you don't mind getting your hands dirty and like seeing things done right, you'll fit in here.
• Sales, Sales, Sales!: Not just in the shop - out on the street, engaging with potential customers, handing out flyers, and closing the deal. We want someone who thrives on chatting with people, making connections and making sales. If you're not afraid to approach strangers and make connections, this job is for you!
• Shop Upkeep: Maintain a clean and welcoming shop.
• Reservations & Invoicing: Register renters, process payments, and handle waivers like a pro. Attention to detail is critical.
• Customer Service: Provide thorough, yet concise rental orientations to ensure a smooth and safe experience for all.
• Social Media Support: Help create fun, engaging content to keep our brand active and visible.

• Bilingual...ish: Conversational English and Spanish - We love being able to rent to (almost) everyone!
• Scooter Skills: You need to ride a scooter safely (if you can't do a quick demo, this might not be for you!).
• People Person: You've got the charisma to talk to anyone, anywhere, and you're always ready to close the deal!
