Understands the requirements and conditions of each mortgage product, validates each aspect of the application in order to sustain an effective evaluation. Contacts the client to guide, clarify doubts and request necessary documents in order to continue with the evaluation process. Submits required /gathered documents for credit decision and/or loan closing. Analyses and works with appraisal, office documents and legal situations to complete closing.Minimum Education+ 60 Bachelor's Degree Credits ApprovedExperienceA minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the banking industry, risk and financial data analysis, mortgage products, and credit policies / procedures.
