- Supervise, train, and motivate the front desk team to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Manage daily operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Resolve guest complaints and difficult situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain accurate records and handle billing and payment processing.
- Ensure all team members are well-informed of company policies and procedures.
- Assist with scheduling, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) or similar software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
