  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Drive and oversee the full lifecycle of unified communications solutions, including design, scheduling, and deployment.
  • Work directly with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to strategic client deliverables.
  • Ensure the team delivers innovative, high-quality, and defect-free solutions.
  • Manage team operations, including resource allocation, project timelines, and stakeholder communication.
*Work and Location Details*This is a full-time, in-office position based in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The standard working hours are *8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM*, for a total of 40 hours per week. Weekend work may be required as needed. This position may require up to 20% travel. Alternate cities or virtual work locations within the U.S. may be considered.*Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent. We will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of each year of education.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in the *Unified Communications domain, including hands-on experience with collaboration solutions.*
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a *leadership or management role*, overseeing technical teams and projects.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required. Applicants must be in the U.S.
*Preferred Qualifications*
  • Extensive experience with Unified Communications technologies such as Cisco UCM, WebEx Calling, Webex Meeting, Zoom Calling, Zoom Meetings, Mitel, or BroadSoft.
  • Knowledge and understanding of programmatic interfaces like Cisco AXL, ReST, or JSON.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience leading Agile teams.
  • Experience with voice technologies such as SIP, Voice Gateways, e911, and IP Networking.
  • Experience with virtualization solutions like vSphere or vCenter.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Experience and desire to work in a global delivery model.
