- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence.
- Drive and oversee the full lifecycle of unified communications solutions, including design, scheduling, and deployment.
- Work directly with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to strategic client deliverables.
- Ensure the team delivers innovative, high-quality, and defect-free solutions.
- Manage team operations, including resource allocation, project timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent. We will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of each year of education.
- At least 5+ years of experience in the *Unified Communications domain, including hands-on experience with collaboration solutions.*
- At least 3+ years of experience in a *leadership or management role*, overseeing technical teams and projects.
- U.S. Citizenship is required. Applicants must be in the U.S.
- Extensive experience with Unified Communications technologies such as Cisco UCM, WebEx Calling, Webex Meeting, Zoom Calling, Zoom Meetings, Mitel, or BroadSoft.
- Knowledge and understanding of programmatic interfaces like Cisco AXL, ReST, or JSON.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodology and experience leading Agile teams.
- Experience with voice technologies such as SIP, Voice Gateways, e911, and IP Networking.
- Experience with virtualization solutions like vSphere or vCenter.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience and desire to work in a global delivery model.
