You will have a hands-on impact on quality control/chemistry lab operations. This role will support product release through analytical testing and documentation.*Key Responsibilities: *
  • Conduct Analytical testing on laboratory samples to verify compliance with established specifications.
  • Utilize laboratory techniques and instrumentation, including: HPLC, UV, GC, TOC, TLC, Dissolution bath, FK, etc.
  • Ensure accurate execution and documentation of assigned test procedures following Quality Standards, GMP, and company policies.
  • Operate lab systems such as eLIMS and SAP
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant lab environment (GLP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Work flexible shifts, which may include irregular, extended, or rotating schedules and weekends.
*What We're Looking For **Required: *
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science field (must include a major or minor in Chemistry).
  • 2 years of experience in a Quality Control Chemistry Lab, ideally in life sciences or an equivalent, regulated industry.
  • Experience with analytical techniques (HPLC, KF, TLC, TOC, UV, GC, Dissolution bath, etc.)
  • Proficiency with lab systems and SOPs (e.g., eLIMS, SAP, SmartQC, GLP, QS, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and documentation.
  • Open to working irregular, extended, or rotating shifts, including weekends.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to solve financial problems while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
