  • Conduct outside sales activities by engaging potential customers door-to-door and through community outreach to promote solar energy solutions and other renewable options.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness in target markets.
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage sales pipelines, and maintain detailed records of all engagements.
  • Present technical sales proposals clearly and confidently, addressing customer questions about energy savings, system performance, and financing options.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the sales process, answering inquiries, and offering tailored energy solutions.
  • Lead team initiatives in sales campaigns, training new team members, and fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving goals.
*Qualifications*
  • Proven experience in outside sales, especially door-to-door or field-based environments; solar sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong marketing skills with the ability to generate leads through community engagement or digital channels.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation skills paired with technical knowledge of energy systems and renewable technologies.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client satisfaction.
