*Job Summary*We are looking for an experienced *Shipping and Logistics Specialist* to start immediately in *Toa Baja, Puerto Rico*. Must have knowledge of managing the logistics of air, ground and ocean freight shipments domestic and internationally. Ability to coordinate pickup and delivery between carriers, suppliers and customers.*REQUIREMENTS*To be considered for this position, you must:

Have experience in managing shipments through ocean, ground and air freights
Be fully bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish: spoken and written.
Have a broad experience and knowledge in shipping and logistics.
Must have Secretarial and/or administrative assistant experience
Knowledge of procedures to excise taxes, and knowledge in S.U.R.I.
Practical knowledge in office procedures and clerical work such as (and not limited to): professionally written letters, quotes, purchase orders, receiving approvals and etc.
Good telephone etiquette and customer services skills
Have the capability to work under pressure
Be able to comply with deadlines.
Have broad knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Quickbooks.
Be able to work as a team and with many responsibilities.
Be punctual and responsible.
