Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline in industries such as engineering, manufacturing, and professional services.

Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

Collaborate with HR Works to align recruitment strategies with client needs.

What We're Looking For:

Proven recruitment experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or professional services.

Knowledge of the Puerto Rican job market and the ability to connect with local talent.

Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Must reside in Puerto Rico.
