- Make and monitor requisitions, compiling, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of files and accounts related to grants and contracts, adhering to institutional and federal policies.
- Conduct daily debarment verifications on vendors and contracts to maintain compliance.
- Verify accuracy in reports and budget, including receipts and travel documentation.
- Monitor and manage invoices related to grants and contracts to ensure timely processing of payments and compliance.
- Participate in both in-person and virtual meetings with the project members, investigators, and institutional partners.
- Assist in other related duties as requested by the Project Director, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the team.
Requisitos:
- Minimum of two years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a grants management or similar role.
- Bachelor degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English) to effectively communicate and manage documentation in both languages.
