- Provide clerical and administrative support and data entry for the Academic Deanship.
- Perform administrative functions such as writing letters, minutes, maintaining physical and digital files.
- Performs different efforts related to the activities and services provided by the Deanship.
- Associate Degree with two (2) years of administrative experience.
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Office Systems, preferably.
- Prior work experience in Office Management.
- Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on Windows and/or macOS platforms are essential.
- The ability to pay attention to detail, manage time effectively, and being able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Good listening skills, willingness to speak in public, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish are necessary.
- As a member of a high-performing team, being a team player is a must.
- Experience in academic area, preferably.
