- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools using proper cleaning techniques

- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as bussing tables and organizing supplies when needed
- Support catering and banquet events by providing timely dishwashing and cleanup services
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure proper food handling and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy meal periods
- Keep work areas tidy and organized to promote a safe and efficient environment
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food handling and sanitation practices, is advantageous
- Experience with catering or banquet settings can be a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards supporting culinary staff in a fast-paced environment
