- Lead brand strategy and positioning aligned with business goals and consumer insights.
- Execute marketing campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Manage A&P budgets and brand P&Ls to drive profitability.
- Oversee product portfolio, support new launches, and guide pricing strategy.
- Ensure compliance with Ferrero’s Freshness Quality Policy and support demand forecasting.
- Track brand performance using KPIs like awareness, engagement, and market share.
- Use data insights to optimize brand strategy and marketing effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis using Circana, Nielsen, SAP, and BW.
- Manage RDP documentation and lead NPD/PDA processes for product development.
- Prepare product specs and presentations to support client and sales teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to achieve brand objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4–7 years in brand management or marketing roles, ideally within the Caribbean region.
- Knowledge of consumer behavior and market dynamics in Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, and Jamaica.
- Proficiency in Circana, Nielsen, SAP, BW, and data-driven marketing tools.
- Ability to translate insights into compelling brand strategies and campaigns.
- Strong organizational skills and experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Must be fully English/Spanish bilingual.
