Esta posición es fundamental para el mantenimiento óptimo de nuestras facilidades, asegurando que nuestros espacios cumplan con los más altos estándares de calidad y funcionalidad que caracterizan a JLL.¿Cuál es tu día a día?Realizar tareas de construcción general, aplicación de masilla y pintura.
Ejecutar limpieza especializada utilizando máquinas de presión.
Documentar actividades en el sistema de mantenimiento.
Desarrollar actividades de mantenimiento de facilidades al 100%.
Realizar inspecciones rutinarias de las instalaciones.
Coordinar con el equipo de operaciones para priorizar tareas.
Mantener herramientas y equipos en óptimas condiciones.Requisitos mínimos:Mínimo 4to año de escolaridad completado.
2+ años de experiencia previa en mantenimiento o construcción.
Conocimientos en refrigeración.
Conocimientos básicos en construcción general, aplicación de masilla y pintura, y manejo de máquinas de presión para limpieza.Requisitos deseables:Experiencia en documentación de sistemas de mantenimiento.
Conocimientos adicionales en plomería o electricidad básica.
Experiencia previa en mantenimiento de facilidades comerciales.
