We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. You will be responsible for managing various office tasks, assisting with clerical duties, and ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.*Duties*
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace for document creation and management.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks as needed, including basic accounting functions.
  • Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance office management processes.
*Experience*
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.

  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer support experience are essential.
