- Provide close monitoring of the Commercial Loan Portfolio performance, which includes Commercial C&I, Construction, Vehicle Floor Plan, Commercial Real Estate and all loans managed through the Special Assets Group across all operating regions.
- Responsible for the portfolio preparation, reconciliation and data integrity for the modeling of DFAST stress testing. Also, evaluates commercial credit stress testing model results and provide analysis.
- Serve as main liaison with Moody's Analytics and support during and after Lending Cloud platform implementation.
- Accountable of the analysis and memorandum preparation of commercial loans accruing status and charge-offs recognition.
- Prepares the quarterly delinquency reports for all Business Units.
- Lead analyst for all data quality and integrity projects.
- Prepares analysis of portfolios in a clear, concise and actionable format and assist in the development of plans and recommendations for mitigation strategies and tactics.
- Assists in the management of schedules to develop data support on portfolio performance reporting and risk rating monitoring.
- Assists and provides support for complex risk projects requiring advanced analytical, quantitative and technical skills.
- Supports the coordination, monitoring and communication of the Corporate Credit Risk Area to ensure compliance with all required deadlines and responsibilities.
- Monitor macroeconomic indicators of all regions for potential emerging risks.
- Main liaison with business units for all data classification and data integrity matters.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to the Credit Committee or BOD as needed ( e.g. Asset Quality, Concentration, Policy Exceptions)
- Maintain inventory of all Credit Risk Policies, Procedures and Committee Charters.
- Prepare Credit Risk Analysis as requested by the Commercial Credit Risk Manager or the Chief Credit Risk Officer.
- Assists with the preparation of unit presentations and the execution of special corporate projects.

- Strong knowledge of bank operational processes and systems

- Extensive reading and computer use is expected more than 50% of the time.

- 3 to 5 years previous financial institution or accounting experience.
- Must possess proven business development skills, knowledge of the overall business marketplace, and a history of successful community involvement.
- Extensive understanding of business and financial fundamentals, with mathematical aptitude & advanced accounting & computer spreadsheet skills.
- Proven strong financial analysis skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, decision-making, and effective problem solving skills.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of credit services and a complete understanding of Loan Policy.
- Must be competent in the use of personal computer systems, internet applications and electronic mail, and various windows based software applications to include, but not limited to, banking application, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
- Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Related Field.
