- Vast experience using electronic Documentation Management Systems (eDMS) for document management, tracking, filing and retrieval.
- Perform data entry and manage records efficiently, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary project documentation information.
- Maintain SharePoint sites for effective document sharing and collaboration.
- Support administrative functions as needed, including filing, data management, and reporting.
- Organize, maintain, and archive project documentation, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal procedures for document management.
- Distribute and track documents, ensuring timely review and approval by stakeholders.
- Manage version control and ensure that the latest documentation is always accessible.
- Support the team by preparing and maintaining document templates and logs.
- Support the team by following up change controls actions for timely completion.
- 5+ years of proven experience in document control or a related administrative role.
- Fully bilingual.
- Familiarity with eDMS systems and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.
- MS Office basic knowledge.
