In this role, you'll take ownership of payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring our team members are paid correctly, enjoy great benefits, and receive the support they deserve.If you have a strong grasp of payroll systems, benefits programs, and HR best practices — and you love making processes smoother — this is your chance to shine.Your ImpactAs our HR Associate, you will:Own the payroll process, manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll with precision and timeliness.Keep us compliant, maintain accurate payroll records and meet all federal, state, and local requirements.Collaborate across teams, work closely with Finance and HR to reconcile payroll data.Be a trusted resource, handle employment verifications and answer employee questions about pay, deductions, and tax forms.Keep profiles up-to-date, process status changes and employee updates.Support key milestones, assist with year-end payroll activities, including bonus payments.Manage our benefits, oversee health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and the annual 401(k) audit.Guide employees, support open enrollment, explain benefits, and help resolve claims or enrollment issues.Ensure compliance, maintain benefits records and follow applicable laws (ERISA, HIPAA, etc.).Partner with vendors, liaise with brokers and providers to solve issues and improve service delivery.Welcome and farewell, assist with onboarding and offboarding from a payroll and benefits perspective.Protect our data, uphold confidentiality and integrity at all times.Drive improvement, contribute ideas to enhance HR processes, systems, and the employee experience.QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
