- Analyze hospital financial reports and statements.
- Develop and manage the hospital's annual budget aligned with strategic goals.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare financial feasibility analyses.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations for management and the Board of Trustees.
- Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost control and efficiency.
- Review contracts to ensure reasonable terms and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate on financial audits and regulatory reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP) and healthcare regulations.
- Assist in financial projections and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the CFO.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably in healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical and communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
