- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
- Handle guest reservations and modifications using multi-line phone systems.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct night audits as required to maintain accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest services.
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems is essential.
