We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for guest relations. The Front Desk Agent will handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.*Duties*
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently.
  • Handle guest reservations and modifications using multi-line phone systems.
  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct night audits as required to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest services.
*Experience*
  • Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests.
  • Familiarity with night audit procedures is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems is essential.
