*Overview*Provides Technical and Installation Service for the products and solutions that the company has available and sells to its customers in the geographical area assigned. This is a field position. This position requires the person to comply with the service and installation times in the assigned projects and/or clients, diligently and in the time required by the company. This position requires a minimum of direct supervision, so competencies such as knowledge, work ethics, and responsibility are indispensable in the incumbent. Proactively handles situations with the customer and solves problems to leave the customer satisfied within the response time set by the Company.*Responsibilities*? Carry out installations of analog security cameras, IP and their components? Assemble network communication equipment? Make RJ45 cable terminations? Install and orient circuits for radio antennas? Knowledge of UTP/STP cabling and terminations? Manage his/her time correctly and achieve the expected productivity according to the parameters established by the Company.? Work with and maintain the required standards of safety in the workplace*Requirements*? Associate degree (2 years of college) in a branch of technology or;? At least one (1) year of experience in a similar position combined with a related technical course.? Bilingual (English / Spanish), a plus.? Knowledge of UTP/STP wiring and end terminals? Comply with basic competencies: Responsibility, Work Ethic, Technical Knowledge.? Available to work in the field (in customer facilities, etc.)Job Requirements (Mental and Physical Demands)? Regularly requires standing or sitting and speaking or listening.? Requires the ability to lift and move large and heavy items without assistance.? Requires the ability to work at heights of approximately 30 feet.? Frequently will work in the field outdoors.? Frequently uses hands and fingers to handle tools, repair equipment, and operate motor vehicles.? Ability to use common office or electronic equipment such as computers, fax machines, printers, calculators, cell phones, etc.? Ability to analyze problems and apply common sense to understand written, oral instructions or diagrams.?
