The Analyst, Total Rewards (Payroll and Reporting) is responsible for the administration and maintenance of time keeping program. Assure all employees record their payroll hours in the system and support the license administration process. Ensuring timesheets are accurate and payments are made on time. Also, it works with new hires and termination entries and other system changes as requested. Support Advisor and Manager in their tasks. Position works hybrid based in San Juan, PR.MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist in payroll process.
  • Reviews that all hours are entered and approved in the timekeeping system.
  • Execute payroll analysis on a proactive basis and as requested, as well as other related duties and tasks as assigned.
  • Maintains and ensures time and attendance is updated and ready for processing
  • Updates payroll records by entering in HR Payroll system changes in exemptions, taxes and deductions.
  • Organize and maintain payroll process documentation for each payroll.
  • Review and prepare benefits invoicing and payments within time frames.
  • Enter holiday, licenses and missing punches if the period is closed (If apply).
  • Prepare Report of Organization - US Census
  • Prepare statistic report.
  • Perform 401K reporting.
  • Resolves payroll discrepancies or claims made by employees or supervisors by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources or related field required.
  • One (1) or more years of experience in a similar role, managing the full payroll cycle and total rewards reporting required.
  • Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and local laws concerning payroll systems and issues.
  • Ability to organize and analyze different issues concerning payroll.
  • Attention to Detail, Organized, good analytical skills and mathematics competency
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and other business applications required. Knowledge in Workday or any payroll system is highly desirable.
  • Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
