- Develop and monitor assigned projects in accordance with defined strategies.
- Visit channels to identify improvement opportunities and submit proposals to supervisor.
- Monitor sustenance and adoption of previous projects and identify possible fixes.
- Prepare assign project timeline and comply with it.
- Define and communicate project objectives that are clear, useful, and attainable
- Manage the constraints of the project management triangle, which are cost, time, scope and quality
- Conduct kick-off meetings with internal clients to review expectations and to create a written project plan with milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate assigned projects, working closely with the client and other teams.
- Organize, convene and document regular client and internal project team meetings throughout development and post go-live to present and review project activities, establish deadlines and keep project on track.
- Create work orders for add-on services to meet client’s expectations.
- Monitor every step of the project process and progress; anticipates potential issues and proactively manage details
- Participate in other teams’ projects development to proactively anticipate potential issues, aligned to projects to channels needs and expectations.
- Issues a client survey at the completion of each project to determine the client’s perspective on the overall implementations.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields required.
- Three (3) years of experience in business data analysis, project coordination or related tasks required.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Fully bilingual – English and Spanish (verbal and written) required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other business applications such as Visio among others.
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Problem solving, organized, responsible, detail oriented and able to multitask.
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
- Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.
