We serve leading organizations across various industries, providing ongoing management and support to optimize their manufacturing and operational systems.Job SummaryWe are seeking an MES Support Specialist to support MES design strategy, interface configuration, automation communication protocols, and historian/data analytics integrations in a regulated manufacturing environment.This role is ideal for professionals with experience in ISA-95 architecture, EBR interfaces, OEE monitoring, PI Historian, Kepware, PLC/SCADA integrations, and CSV lifecycle deliverables.Key Responsibilities
  • Support MES design strategy and communication with manufacturers and stakeholders
  • Develop Interface Design Specification and ISA-95 architecture documentation
  • Configure MES and automation interfaces for EBR, OEE, historian, and analytics solutions
  • Support validation deliverables including URS, TMX, DSP, IQ/OQ/PQ
  • Develop SOPs and training materials when required
  • Configure PLC/DCS tags, OPC gateways, historian templates, and MES control system interfaces
  • Support compliance with GAMP 5, ISA-95, ISA-88, and site security standards
Preferred Experience
  • MES and automation integrations
  • ISA-95 / ISA-88 architecture
  • PLC, HMI, SCADA, Siemens, ControlLogix
  • OPC UA/DA, Modbus TCP, REST APIs
  • Kepware, OSI PI Data Archive, PI Vision, Event Frames
  • Historian, batch contextualization, and OEE monitoring
  • CSV validation packages and SOP development
