  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring all questions are answered accurately and promptly.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software tools to manage customer information efficiently.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients to foster positive relationships.
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
  • Process cash handling transactions as required, ensuring compliance with company policies.
*Requirements*
  • Proven experience in customer service or call center environment is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, particularly in English and other languages.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent typing skills for efficient data entry tasks.
  • Ability to handle sales inquiries and promote products/services effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
