*Job Overview*We are *Agency VA. *We work with independent insurance companies all over the US by providing them with great virtual assistants. We are actively recruiting *motivated, service-driven professionals in Puerto Rico* who want to seize a *career-changing opportunity* in the U.S. insurance industry — with full support to become a *licensed insurance agent*. This is more than just a remote job. This is a chance to grow into a *business-minded insurance professional* working directly with established U.S.-based insurance agencies. You'll be working virtually, handling client accounts, providing exceptional service, and operating with the mindset of an agency owner — not just an employee.*Duties*

Manage policy renewals, endorsements, billing, and customer communications
Support agency clients with exceptional service and professionalism
Become a trusted advisor and build long-term relationships with insureds
Learn how U.S.-based insurance agencies operate — and contribute as if you owned it
(If unlicensed) *Train and study toward your insurance license with our support*

*Qualifications*

Professionals living in *Puerto Rico* with *strong customer service and account management experience*
A *self-starter mindset* who can think and act like a business owner
Desire and commitment to *become a licensed insurance agent* (we'll guide you)
Clear, confident *written and verbal communication skills*
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely
Comfortable using digital tools and systems (email, CRMs, Zoom, etc.)
