General Description:Supervise, coordinate, and ensure the efficient, safe, and continuous operation of the company's physical facilities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, regulatory compliance, coordination with suppliers, and supervision of technical staff.Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate general maintenance activities for buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify repair or improvement needs.
Coordinate and oversee work performed by external contractors and suppliers.
Manage inventory of materials, tools, and necessary equipment.
Ensure compliance with health, occupational safety, and environmental regulations.
Control the budget allocated to the area and report expenses.

Address and follow up on incident reports related to facilities.
Document work orders, completed maintenance, and activities performed.
Support the planning of improvement or remodeling projects for physical spaces.

Minimum Requirements:

Associate degree in Maintenance Technology or licensed Refrigeration Technician.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision or facility management.
Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, plumbing, electricity, and contractor management.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience managing budgets and maintenance programs.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license.
