• Greets, welcomes, assists and announces visitors.
• Maintain record of visits and conference rooms.
• Answer incoming calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
• Takes and delivers messages.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily correspondence.
• Keep register of letters and account statements returned by mail.
• Receive and dispatch deliveries.
• Coordinate courier services.
• Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning among others.
• Assist colleagues in administrative tasks.
• Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies.
• Create purchase requisitions for the items required in the office (ex. Office supplies). Maintain inventory of office supplies and other materials as brochures.
• Liaison to address issues with technology and real estate matters. Create tickets in applicable systems and provide follow up.
• Provide support to the Center's Group Leader and Private Banking Manager in internal group activities.
• Support unit's annual inventory process.
• Back up to processing corporate card payments.
• Back up to daily wire transfers daily settlement
• Writes and sends letters and circulars related to the unit.

• Effective oral and written communication skills in both Spanish (advanced level) and English (intermediate level)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to prioritize and work with multiple tasks at the same time.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with others to achieve common goals.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
