- Develop and maintain strong business relationships having an auto portfolio contributes to the overall bank’s profitability.
- Work to improve our market position and achieve financial growth defining long-term strategic goals, builds key customer relationships.
- Identify business current market conditions.
- Develop and maintain business relations with auto dealers and distributors.
- Serve as the unit liaison to external customers (dealers) to obtain information on market trends.
- Track business goals and effectively ensure all are met.
- Ensure dealer management are aware of goals and monthly meetings are held to discuss progress.
- Contribute to the establishment of new sales strategies to capture market opportunities.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field required. Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- Five (5) years of experience in lending, credit risk assessment and/or management. At least three (3) years of supervisory experience is required.
- Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
- Fully bilingual - English and Spanish (written and verbal) required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and other business applications required.
- Strong strategic, analytical, mathematical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of direct/indirect lending products and practices.
- Legally authorized to work in the US is required. This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
- Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.
